What this website collects.
This website is hosted on Vercel. By default, Vercel logs basic request information — IP address, user agent, timestamp — for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not run analytics scripts. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not run third-party tag managers.
When you submit a form on this site — the Pitch inquiry form, the Blog subscribe form, the Whitepapers subscribe form — we receive the information you sent and we use it to respond to you. We do not sell, share, or syndicate that information to anyone.
What CORTX deployments process.
When CORTX is deployed inside a customer's organization, the customer is the data controller. We are not a processor of their data. The agent runs on hardware the customer owns, in a location the customer controls. Customer data is stored locally, encrypted at rest, and does not leave the customer's premises.
We do not retain copies of customer data on our infrastructure. We do not have access to customer deployments unless the customer explicitly grants it for support purposes — in which case the access is logged on the customer's audit trail and revoked when the support session ends.
When you write to us.
If you email any address at cortx.systems — hello, careers, investors, or any other — your message is stored in our email provider's infrastructure. We use the message to respond to you. We may retain message threads for as long as the relationship is relevant, after which they are archived.
We do not add you to marketing lists. If you subscribe to the blog or whitepapers newsletter, we add you only to that list, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
Your rights.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to request correction, and to request deletion. Write to privacy@cortx.systems and we'll respond within 30 days.
Where applicable law gives you additional rights — under GDPR, under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, or under other regimes — those rights apply.
Updates to this policy.
When we update this policy, we update the date below. Material changes are summarized at the top of the page for thirty days after the change.
